You will give us personal information in the form of your company’s name, your name, an email address, phone number, address (town/city) and the industry or sector in which your company is active. This will be used to register your interest in Scotland House. Personal Information collected in this form will be shared with our service provider for the purpose of contacting you to ascertain your continued interest in Scotland House. If you are no longer interested in Scotland House, we will delete your details.

We may also share your personal information (i) with the Partners to enable them to gauge interest in Scotland House; or (ii) if we have a legal obligation to do so.

Any uses of your Personal Information in addition to those set out above, will be notified to you at the point at which you give us that information or we collect it from you. Personal Information will not be transferred out with the European Economic Area.
